A design audit brief about the mandarin oriental hotel in Dubai. We conducted the research in a group of 3 and explored the different levels of an organization within a hotel, and the role of design management within the hotel. Moreover, we examine the brand, design, and customer perception review and lastly, recommended few improvements and opportunities to grow the brand.
The deliverables includes a report that focused on an examination of organizational levels, the role of design management, a review of brand perception, and recommendations for brand growth.
